Along with being the world’s largest network of museums, The Smithsonian Institution is home to three IMAX Theaters and the Albert Einstein Planetarium. As an Operations Manager at the National Air and Space Museum’s IMAX, I saw an opportunity to increase efficiency across the Theater division through standardizing routine processes and policies.
